Hats Mod Not Working Correctly (Aternos File Issue)

So today I was starting a server with my own mods (76 to be exact) and I was having an issue with the hats mod. The hats mod is having an issue with the hats textures so there are no hats in the files. I went to files on aternos to see there wasn't even a hats folder in the files. Does aternos block this or am I missing something?

I found a fix for it. You have to add the textures manually to the hats file in .minecraft on the server. There is a folder called hats that are supposed to hold all the textures. But as I cannot edit this, it is impossible for me to load the textures. If anyone has a fix to this or has a way I can edit the files, please let me know

Another server I tried also just had the hats folder in its file system automatically.

Nope the server doesnt have the hats folder that its supposed to have with all of the textures.

Might've fixed it. Ill keep you updated.

Thought I could just upload the files but apparently not. It says you cannot upload .tc2 files here.

The folder I would need to upload this file to is just the main board of the system, there is a whole github page about this issue here. Tried uploading it as I said before and I cannot upload .tc2 files.
