On minecraft forge 1.12.2 Millenaire 8.1.2 doesnt generate villages and villagers. I have 2 foulders that are needed for generating villages, but mod still doesnt spawn anything

I generated a world in singleplayer and 2 minutes later found the village from millenaire. I cant upload it beacuse Maximum File Size is 1MB
