As i do /plugins for all my bukkit plugins is the eggwars plugin red. The eggwars plugin doesnt work!! How can i fix that??

You can view the log at the My Server page when your server is online.

You don't have to remove something necessarily, you just have to fix the plugin. Either you installed the wrong version or you misconfigured it.

what can i see in the log
The server log usually shows error messages. By investigating the log and analyzing the error messages you can fix the errors.

You can open the log, copy & paste everything to https://hastebin.com for example and then share the link.
