Unable to Add plugins

Hello ,I Am unable to add plugins. Its displaying No compatible versions found. Can i know how to fix this. This message displays in every plugin i try to use

i tried to install minion: https://poggit.pmmp.io/p/Minion  essential tp: https://poggit.pmmp.io/p/essentialsTP nohunger:https://poggit.pmmp.io/p/NoHunger and ever more but all the plugin even which shows in the home page of plugins show the message no compatible versions found

what plugins work with it tell me please i wanna check once and also which version is required for it though it has 1.19(4.5.1) the maximum would you like to have acces to my server if yes whats ur username
