Problem with port and Simple Voice Chat plugin, fabric.

I'm making a server with the Simple Voice Chat plugin (https://www.curseforge.com/min…mc-mods/simple-voice-chat) though at the point where I'm told to go to Files > config > voicechat >voicechat-serverproperties, anything beyond config doesn't exist. the config folder is completely empty, therefore I have no idea where to rewrite my port. Has anyone delt with this before? Any tips?
