Please add the plugin KarmaAPI Platform (dependency for another plugin)

I was creating a server, and needed to add the plugin 'LockLogin'.

On the Spigot page, it says that a plugin named KarmaAPI Platform needed to be added for the plugin to work.

When I try suggesting the plugin, it says the plugin is not popular.

I can't use LockLogin as the plugin fails to load due to the missing dependency.
