Im trying to upload my singleplayer server to aternos,

Alright, so i am trying to upload my singleplayer world to aternos, i saved the file and uploaded it in worlds but the player inventory and spawns are missing, my inventory is empty and i dont have anything i did in the other world, how can i fix it?
