Did you world creation complete or did it fail?
Share the log of a session in which you created a world with MV2
Do you still have this issue now?
Fabrics logging is broken again...
Start your server again, go to the console and catch the crash message before the server stops again.

Every world exists in the files and on the worlds page.
The worlds page is just a kind of enhances view for worlds.
If you create a world in-game with multiverse it'll appear on the worlds page after some minutes.
We'll look into it.

How do you know that it's related to RAM?
Share the log after the server crashed again.
This is not possible with the default feature set.
You have to switch to Paper and use a permission system like LuckPerms.
Which software and version is installed on your server?
On which type of device do you play?
Which Minecraft edition do you play on?
Which version of it is installed on your device?
What is the full and exact error message you get when you try to join the server?
The error message "fatally missing registry entries" typically appears when the installed mods on the player's computer do not match the installed mods on the server.
For modded servers, players must have the exact same mod collection installed on their computer as the server.
It is important that the version of the installed mods is identical as well as the version of Forge itself!
If you have so called client-only or server-only mods installed, it may help to temporarily remove them.
You can’t change that. Create a new one after 24 hours.

I don't really get what your actual issue is. Do you get disconnected? If so, what is the full and exact error message is displayed when you get kicked?

Der Log sollte sich nicht geändert haben da ich diese Mod bereits installiert hatte!
Naja, in dem ersten Log beschwert sich universal mod, dass TrackAPI fehlt. Im zweiten Log nicht.
Vielleicht hilft eine andere Version von TrackAPI?
