My guess is, download the world, put the files of your world in the newly made dimension within the world and upload it again

No, whitelist has nothing to do with playerdata. Playerdata is saved until manually deleted

We can't add it then, I will make a removal request for that CustomCrafting plugin and its dependency since we can't support it anymore.
