What do you mean by that? Citizens is Citizens two. Make sure both plugins are compatible with your currently installed CraftBukkit or SpigotMC version, and compatible with each other.

Installed plugins aren't shown while your server is starting.

Meaning the server can't be started with this new mod pack update.

Maybe you could post the log after you've joined your server and your server stopped.

You just need to switch back to CraftBukkit or Spigot to get your worlds back, I guess.

Check the server console log for detailed error information on why your server doesn't start.

You play cracked, you have to disable Online Mode at the options page to be able to play.

I recommend buying and using a valid Minecraft account though.

Seriously, we don't have time for that.

The question is whether that last version is compatible with your currently installed CraftBukkit or Spigot software too. Check the plugin's web page to find out which plugin version is compatible with a specific Minecraft version.

If you just uninstall the plugin itself (the jar file), but keep its directory (the configuration files), they should stay.
