It's not possible to run a Vanilla world and a mod world on the same server. I recommend creating separate accounts / servers for that.

We can't. Passwords are stored encrypted in a database.

Download your world, remove the players directory and upload your world again.

Usually, you can find information about the crash in the server log. As soon as your server stops quickly open the server log to find out the reason your server stopped.

In Multiverse-Core's or MultiWorld's configuration file, make sure Nether / End is activated for that world too.

Your server stays online as long as at least one player is online too. As soon as everyone leaves the server it will automatically stop after a few minutes.
