It's not possible to upload your own plugins to Aternos, but if your plugin is available at DevBukkit or SpigotMC you can suggest it here.

Check the server console log for error messages, understand them, and fix them on your own. You can do that.

I don't use any of them, but they're almost the same. If I had to choose I would use Bssentials because it's compatible with Bssentials Group Manager. But EssentialsX could be compatible with Bssentials Group Manager too, because in the end both plugins are pretty much the same.

Tekkit doesn't support SRV records, that's why a static IP address can't be offered. It's normal for Tekkit to only have the dynamic IP address available.

The original Essentials plugin only works up to Minecraft version 1.7.10. For newer Minecraft versions you have to use EssentialsX or Bssentials for example.

Dann kannst du es noch ein weiteres Mal versuchen oder das Modpack ist einfach doof und @Roman müsste es sich nochmal anschauen.

Start your server again, save it with /save-all, stop your server and try to download it again. You can also download it while your server is online.
