« WarpsGUI [1.9/1.10/1.11] » Need Op Permission To Access?

Hi Guys, i need some help, my plugin :« WarpsGUI [1.9/1.10/1.11] » Homes and Warps v7.2 ,it can't use When No OP Permission, how i change that to : No Op Permission Can Access ?
I try to find the setting in config,but i didn't find setting of Permission...

I'm find Essentials X at and i can install it,when it installed, i am thinking : Can i edit Essentials X' Config to let players (no op) can access? I Work Hard,but i still can't find how to do it...

And i find Plugin: Essentials Warp Gui [OpenSource] 1.6 ,but Aternos can't upload any Plugins on it,and i try to find it in Plugins Page, But i still can't find it,is there anyone can help me?

and sethome plugin also can't use when no op

You don't have bukkit or spigot installed. No plugin will work if you don't have it installed.

As @Roman already said make sure you have CraftBukkit or Spigot installed for the plugins to be able to work.

If some plugins still don't work check the server console log to find out why.

Make sure you set up your permissions correctly.

You can set up permissions using permissions managing plugins like PermissionsEX. There are plenty of tutorials on the internet.
