Internal exception java.net.socketexception

I need help solving this

Usually, I can join the server just fine, but sometimes, when I join, I'm in the void and with a empty inventory, when the world loads in, I get kicked out of the server and on the screen says "Internal exception java.net.socketexception"

The server runs on Spigot, with the Geysermc plugin, I'm playing on Java Edition

Yes, I use Sodium, but I have also had this issue with Vanilla Minecraft
