Server ranks using permissionex and my server got reset again! Please im tired fixing it help me to this problem its resetting by unknown reason

What exactly is resetting? The whole server or just the configuration file?

What is username of the account you are using?
The username listed in your profile doesn't seem to be the right one. -
I could not see any transfer issues on your server.
Please make sure that you regularly save your map and use correct syntax in your plugin configurations. Most plugins reset the complete config when they detect bad config syntax -

Btw i restore backup my server when its got reset and nothing happens with ranks. but my server is ok now -
