whenever I enter the world I lose the connection, and it makes the other players lose it too, I already tried with vpn and it does not solve it, what can I do?

That is what happens, it says that I lose connection, timeout, it happens everytime I enter the world. But the weird thing is that three days ago I could play fine. This happens out of the blue

Yes, I use Tlauncher, and I already have done all of that, usong the correct port and also using de dynamic ip. And nothing works
Can other players connect? If not then make sure your randomTickSpeed is set as 3, to check, go to the Worlds panel, click "Options" (https://aternos.org/files/world/level.dat) and scroll down and look for randomTickSpeed.
If the randomTickSpeed is set as higher number than 3, change it back to 3 and try connecting to your server again.
If other players can join, please inform. -
