How do I get out a dimension that crashes my game when I join?

As the title says, I'm on a planet from a Galacticraft addon (Interstellar exoplanets, I think, but I also have Galaxy Space). My server is a 1.12.2 server. I went to a planet (near the bottom of the star map in a different solar system). The second I clicked launch, and spawned in the dimension, I crashed. Every time I enter my server, my game crashes. Is there a way to offline tp someone out of a dimension? I can't click join on the server without instantly crashing. Anyone got any ideas?

FIX: I deleted my playerdata and rejoined just fine back at spawn.
