Yes, I know why there is waiting time. There are thousands of people trying to start servers, blah blah blah. But I think it's absolutely ridiculous that for a company that has being doing this for 2+ years, they haven't improved it. I shouldn't have to wait 1-2 hours to start a simple vanilla server, especially when I accidentally stop it or the site auto-shuts down because of maintenance. Seriously, improve the wait times already.

We always try to reduce the waiting time as well as possible. The length of the queue depends in the demand of servers, but we can't do nearly anything to control the demand.

In Addition: We did a huge network maintenance yesterday. More than the half of our hosts was out of use yesterday to upgrade the system to serve more players and keep the queue short.
