Mod not added to server folder

Hello!

When I try to add this Mod to my forge (40.1.73) 1.18.2 server, it appears the engine spinning and then the done!, but it never appears in the mods folder, It is the only mod which this happens to me.

Help please!

The mod creator disabled mod distribution in the Curseforge settings.
