Bukkit 1.7.2 R0.3
Plug-ins in which it is written do not work at R0.1 that they are made for R0.2. And for R0.1 the plug-in is not present.

For example the plug-in of Arathos 0.07 is the version which is supported by R0.3 assembly, and on aternos it is possible to put only R0.1. and this plug-in is not present for this assembly
