Server load WAY TOO SLOW

what is wrong with the server??? now it loads for 50 min
my server is spigot 1.11.2
plugins clear lag, treeassist, orebfuscator,healthbar

The waiting time depends on the demand of servers. The more players want to start their server at the same time the longer the queue is. We can't influence the demand directly but we give our best to keep the waiting time as low as possible anyways.
