By any chance is there a plugin that automatically resarts your server when it times out when no players are online. Help will be 
appreciated

Actually I try it before but it will not work when you server will restart Your Server will make it STOP And Your Server can be 24/7 if 1 atlease player is Online on it

Then if your server got stopped Start it again

Just buy a "real" Server. Aternos is not built for that.
