I know that it is currently possible to start the server from a mobile device using the web browser, but my idea is maybe a app which does this but makes it easier to use and the main reason I want this: notifications on the phone! I don't know if all phones have some sort of notification system but mine does and I think it would be nice if I could be notified on my phone of if someone joins the server, leaves the server, server starts, server stops, etc.

There are currently no plans for that.
We want to use our resources to update our main system and website instead of creating a app which is used by small amount of users.
