I downloaded a plugin called Survival Games on my server. It kept sending global messages that I didn't like and did not do what I thought it did. I then tried to delete the plugin like I always do. And it showed it going away. But when I reloaded the page, the folder that I deleted came back. I tried this over and over, restarting my server and doing /reload. Nothing worked. I then said, oh well, I'll just live with the advertisement messages that pop up every 20 seconds in spanish. Well I got back on and it switched me to survival and corrupted the other plugins, so I couldn't get back to spawn or anything. Please help! Thank you!

Stop your server, go to the Files & Plugins page and make sure to really delete the plugin (the .jar file), not its folder. Otherwise the folder will be recreated after every restart / reload.
