Couldn't get pack info for: net.minecraft.server.packs.ResourceNotFoundException: 'pack.mcmeta' in ResourcePack '

I am getting an error like the one above for various Datapacks, it seems the server mistakes them for Resource Packs, any idea how to fix this?

So, it seems the problem was, those datapacks had their files inside a folder, which was inside the .zip file
