Every time I put this command it says in the output that it doesent have permission.

Yes when I am in the command block it says in the output You do not have permission to use this command

Normally command blocks execute commands as with console permissions.
Which command did you try to execute? -
Our system automatically resets the afk timer.

Because even a command block can't execute every command. By setting the idle timeout to 1 second for example you might not be able to join your server anymore. That's why some commands such as setidletimeout are blocked. And as already said, it's useless to try to execute it as our system will set the idle timeout back to 10 minutes anyways.
