Server Keeps Crashing Whenever Loading A Certain Chunk (Forge Server Modded)

We have this mod called "Mana and Artifice", it has something called the "Eldrin Altar". Long Story short, my friend used it and it bugged, when i removed the items from the altar it crashed. Multiple times we have tried to turn the server on again and try to join, but whenever me or my friend join, the server crashes immediately. But the server actually ran just fine when there were people playing far from the chunks the altar was in. But when they loaded the chunks of the altar, the server crashes. I've tried looking for ways to fix this, but I genuinely don't know what to do. I ask for help and a way to fix this issue, it would be very much preferred if there was a way to easily fix this without remove the mod. Thank you
