I'm relatively new to Aternos and the entire part of hosting a server in general.
Is it possible to change the ip from your Aternos username or just change the Aternos name.
Is it also possible to have a U.S. host and now an E.U. one.
If not it's fine but the majority of my friends playing are American.

You can change your subdomain at the My Server page. It's not possible to change your username, you can only change your email address and your password. You can of course create as many other accounts as you want.
