what it says in the title but its taking a while if you want i can attach the file its only 50 MB

Its depends on how big your map is. If your map is big it will take a minutes and if your map is small it can take seconds. If your having problem while uploading 50 mb map on your server maybe your connection has a problem or just try it again.

sorry it worked it was just loading slow... but i do have another question sometimes withmy server animals dont spawn

You can disable the animals spawning on your Server Page, or you can use plugin for that like worldguard plugin and worldedit.
