I made you a cookie, but i eated it - Server Problem

Today i was going to connect to my server. But i cant join. it say
Internal Exception: java.io.Exception: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
Im trying to connect with dynip but it also has same result.
I also refreshing the server list. But my server doesnt show the motd.
And i also flush my dns and restart my network connection and it doesnt work.
anyone? im so confused
wondering why this happen to me. This is not gonna be my best day ever.
Please reply ASAP.
