can anyone help? it keeps on happening
Again i waited 40+ mins for my server and changed from starting to stopping

Re-upload the world or delete some plug-ins that could cause this to happen.. also share the Log

This link just shows the log of the currently logged in user, not necessarily yours.
Does it work using a different world?

Copy and Paste the serverlog here with CTRL+C and CTRL+V (or just google how do do it for your type of computer
) -
Reinstall your server completely. If it doesn't work then the mod pack might be broken.
