My server says it's closing, but it isn't. I can't acces flies, worlds, and it doesn't stop saying 'Stopping...'.

    I have a server called MLegendsC, and has more than six month of work, and soon a full year. I'm trying to stop it but it doesn't. It says stopping but it doesn't stop. I can't acces worlds, files... so please help. ;(
