Server Starts, then says its offline on Minecraft

I go to start my server today. I wait the 33 mins it says, and then when it is finally done, I go to get on it, only to find out that it appears offline. Any thing I can do to fix this? I'm trying the launch off the 1.6.4 Technic launcher for Volz if that helps.

Make sure:

your server has finished its starting process.
you use the right Minecraft / mod pack version.
you type in the IP address correctly. You can also try to use the dynamic IP address if the static one doesn't seem to work.
