Server failed to start!

I set my server on queue and after time runs out i accept the queue and then it says "Loading" and stucks on that. I can refresh the page or something nothing works. After that it just shows "Offline" like i never waited. Nothing pops up on Console or Log. Both empty. Sometimes when i try to open something it shows that somehow i cannot load Aternos homepage even tho my internet is fine 24/7.

I read that this problem happening to a lot of people so nothing helped from what i took from other threads...

I have only 6 plugins... It worked all fine at midday but it doesn't work at all at evening. Happened to me yesterday and this evening even tho i played with 8 plugins in midday and they were the same i tryed now. Uninstalled 2 thought they are cousing the problem but they weren't.

Ok but what should i do to launch it? How my world can be too large? Coordinates that i have user from one side to other? Why i managed to launch it without problems in midday but not in evening when queue time is longer? Mby server cannot handle that many players at once?

I managed to start my server of course again only in midday with the same plugins and not changing enything and it launched just fine. But i found in Console this thing before it launched it.

[Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 3996ms behind, skipping 79 tick (s).

What does this could mean? Suggest me please how to reinstall world or delete this but save my buildings and warps that i made and copy them to new world. is it possible? @Andreas

Will it work if i make new world with multiverse in the same server. Copy and paste building there, also set new warps to them and then delete the old world where i used to be? @Andreas

Is there any server config.yml that i can find anywhere and change my default world to new one? Because i cannot regen the old one and cannot delete it becasue it is set to default. @Andreas
