Players LAG

We are playing on a forge 1.18.2 server with some mods and it works correctly for us but the problem is that we are 3 people and out of nowhere one is SUPER LAG which is impossible until entering the server if not only 1 plays normally and the other two are super lag while the others are doing 10/10 the person with the least lag has a much slower internet than mine
