Hey I don't know if its from me but... i can't make a server from 2-3 months or so. Want to play with my friends so much but i can't. Is there a way where I can create the server or you guys make something please? TY 
P.S it says Loading but it does not start the server
If you checked the server log you would know there is a problem with your world preventing your server from starting. To fix the problem, download your world, remove the players directory and then upload your world again. Eventually you will be able to start your server again. Here is the error message by the way:
