When i want to setup my server there's 3 options for version: Bukkit, Glowstone, Spigot.
And my question is: Can add BungeeCord ? to the versions? or i can add it already?
IF i can already add it tell me where.

Nope, You can't add bungeecord on your server

You can create multiple worlds on your server using plugins like Multiverse-Core or MultiWorld.

You can have lobby compass plugin so your players can pick gamemodes using compass if they are in Hub
