When I join my my friend's server, my player crashes and I can't close Minecraft or do anything. Someone please help me! Here is a picture of the screen:

Download the world, delete the affected player's player file and upload the world again. Eventually the player should be able to join the server again.

I already told you. Download the world at the My Server page, unzip it, right click the players directory and click "Delete" or "Move to Trash", zip the world again (either this function is built in in your OS or use a third party software) and upload the world to your Aternos server again.
