No. You probably don't need more.
the tps will go down if i have alot of players
1. That has nothing to do with storage
2. You're using a free Minecraft server, that's obviously going to have it's limitations as we don't have infinite resources. If you have a lot of players you should probably use a paid server host.

I would like to know if it really gives 1900mb of memory for free? Previously, there were only 1400, and when I created the spigot 1.7.9 server and launched it, I have a memory of 1900 MB displayed. But the problem is that using the LaggRemover /lr ram plugin shows me the memory of 1400mb.
1) The assigned RAM may differ depending on the software / version installed on your server. Older versions don't need that much. Therefore, they have less RAM assigned.
2) There are numerous ways how a plugin can calculate / fetch the amount of assigned RAM. Different plugins show different values for the assigned RAM. In addition, the allocated metaspace memory is often not taken into account.
