Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Hello, so me and my friend wanted to make a server on an old version ( our version is 1.4.7 right now ), we tried multiple versions like1.2.5, but there was still this message. It is not only me it is also my friend. My internet and ms is fine, and i flushed my dns... But it still doesn't work !

Here is the error message :

Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Please help !

Update : I succeded to join 1 TIME but then the server closed and again, it doesn't work
