Server keeps crashing

So I have run my server using different modpacks from technic , and I run the game using the Technic launcher, it never did this when I first started running my own server, but nowadays it usually always crashes when I join it, but it never happens when my friends join the server and they are able to keep playing, the server basically crashes ( Only for me, mind you ) and says "internal exception: java.net.sockettimeoutexception: read timed out". Then when I go back to the multiplayer screen, it says in red, "cant connect to the server", then when I look on the atternos website on my server page and even if I was the only one who joined, it still says 1/10 players, and I have to restart the server to Get it to work, even though it just keeps happening.
