The problem is that my friend accidentally reinstalled the server to another version, and the old world on which I played deleted, I tried to restore through the "Restore backup copy" but it did not work. Are there ways to restore the server I was playing on?

No, if the restore backup function is not able to recover your server there is no way to restore it from our side.
But you could upload a save of the world you've downloaded previously.
