My server keeps disconnecting me

So i've tried joining an aternos server i have, fabric to be exact, i had to reset as a lot of drama was starting and it was stressing me out, so i reseted it so that way the things causing the drama wouldn't be there. So i turned my server on and tried joining, it disconnected me saying invalid player data. I just refreshed my server list and tried joining again, again i rejoined again to only get disconnected, i tried 10 more times, all with the same outcome. So i turned the server off then on again, same outcome, restart, same problem, i even tried the Dyn IP, nothing helped. I need some answers as to why it keeps disconnecting me.
