OP players

Hi i have a problem with op players, when i op anybody by the console with the command all is perfect when the player is playing is op but when the server is switched off and another day i start nobody is op and i need go to the console and do all again.

My questions is that if are any way to have a permanent op in all players that i set the command

I try it but is the same i entry to the server with the console i op me and after i op ingame a friend when i close the server and on again si the same of the question
