my server got deleted on march 9th 1 months ago and I didn't notice email notification back then so it got deleted. can you please help me restore my old server?

No. Unless you have backups, you cannot restore it.

i have this notification (it's on georgian) where it says server will be deleted if you don't do anything for 1 week. i can't do anything with that too? it got autodeleted 1 month ago

when it's deleted, it's deleted.
You can't retrieve something that doesn't exist anymore.
