Everytime i try to log onto my server it kicks me out. I know that i have to decrease the load of the server but im not quite sure how to do that. My ram usage when i open the server is only 50% so i am also wondering how much space you need for a player to join.
Server crashed because it ran out of memory. Try reducing the load to avoid crashes like this in the future.

Are you using mods or plugins? If so, how many?

Try filtering out some heavy ones.
Perhaps there is also just a lot of systems (redstone, command blocks, modded blocks etc) increasing the load on the server.

you can also try using a mod called ferritecore which reduces memory usage
