so,i was making my new server and then added some mods and then when i opened the server it shows me with
"io.netty.handler.codec.decoderexpression:java.lang.stringindexoutofboundsexception: offset 1280 count 111 length 1374"
everytime

Please check if the versions of the mods installed on your pc match the versions of the mods installed on the serve. Note that I am talking about the mod version and not the minecraft version. Only if your 100% sure that the mod versions match, try deleting the config folder and the serverconfig folder(located in the world folder). On your pc you can delete the config folder which is located in the .minecraft folder.
ive tried this and it didnt work

i checked all my mods
and it was all 1.19.2
