Server problem

Hi, my server has a problem. When I run the server, I join the queue and wait, ok. But when the wait is over the server starts and then closes without giving me the ip! This is quite problematic because I can not even join my server. Information:

Software
MrCrayfishs Furniture Mod 4.1.5
(This is in 1.12) I am with forge and this mod in my mods folder
