Ich kann Plugman zwar auf den Server installieren aber nach einem Neustart ist das Plugin irgendwie verschwunden.

Beim herunterladen der Plugman.jar kam es zu einem Fehler, das erkennst du daran, dass ein Text-Datei Icon für Plugman.jar im unter Files angezeigt wird.
Lösche diese Datei und versuche das Plugin erneut zu installieren.
