What steps do i need to follow to take a Windows 10 world and upload it to the server?
I have also tried to generate a new world on the server and it is still the same one.

Make sure your server is offline and click on the generate button on https://aternos.org/worlds than start your server again.

Seems to be a problem on our side. We'll have a look at it.
Meanwhile you can just reinstall your server to generate a new map.
